H200 PCIe GPU Fan Duct:
Width (X-axis): 120 mm (~12.0 cm / 4.72 in)
Height (Y-axis): 120 mm (~12.0 cm / 4.72 in)
Depth / Length (Z-axis): ~75 mm (~7.5 cm / 2.95 in) (Transition funnel length)
It is a lightweight plastic tunnel or funnel. One end clips or screws onto the front intake of the NVIDIA H200 card, and the other end connects directly to the server’s fan wall or seals off the slot gap. Its sole purpose is to create a sealed wind tunnel so 100% of the fan air is forced through the H200's heatsink fins, Server GPU environments get warm under load (ambient server chassis temperatures reach 50°C–65°C), so you need a material that won't warp under heat:
Material:
PETG or ABS / ASA (Recommended due to heat resistance up to 80°C+).
Avoid PLA if the server will be under sustained heavy GPU load, as PLA softens around 55°C–60°C.
Infill: 20% to 30% (Gyroid or Grid infill).
Wall Thickness: 3 to 4 perimeter walls (min. 1.2 mm wall thickness for structural rigidity).
Layer Height: 0.2 mm (Standard quality/speed balance).
Supports: Only minimal supports needed depending on print orientation (usually printed with the 120mm flat fan flange facing down on the print bed).
The model is scaled in millimeters (mm) at a 1:1 scale (100% scale). Tell them to import the .stl file with units set to Millimeters (mm).
